For speech, judge naturalness on your own script rather than on the demo reel. Marketing samples are chosen to flatter the model, and the failure cases that matter are specific to your content: technical acronyms, product names, foreign words and long sentences with nested clauses. Check whether pronunciation can be corrected manually, because on a long audiobook or course you will need to. Pricing is usually per character or per minute of generated audio, so estimate volume before comparing plans.

Music generation raises a separate question, which is rights. Whether you may use a generated track in a monetised video, a client project or a commercial product depends on the provider's terms and your subscription tier, and these terms have been revised repeatedly. Read them before building anything around a track. Voice cloning carries a stricter obligation: cloning a real person's voice without their documented consent is unacceptable regardless of whether the tool permits it technically.
